The North Wales Paranormal Group investigated a house in the Wrexham, the family had allegedly been experiencing spirit activity at their home since moving there a couple of years ago.

The group entered the bedroom belonging to the couples three year old daughter, this bedroom seemed to be the focal point for all the paranormal activity occurring in their home. A spirit can often attach itself to a young child because their energy is strong and the child is obviously ignorant as to what or who they are, and the child will of course often converse with a spirit. A malevolent spirit can even present itself has a child in order to gain the trust of that child. Many believe that small children and babies are close to the other side, having just been born, or born recently, and so are still connected somehow to the other side. As we grow older, distractions of the material world begin to replace this, and they lose their ability to see and talk to unseen beings. Most times spirits and children seem to have a friendship, there have been reports of ghosts and spirits comforting children during stressful events.

Are children more likely to be able to see into the spirit world? It would make sense, and most people who believe in the ability will tell you yes. Babies often stare at a particular area just over their heads, as when they are lying in their cribs, and some would say that they are talking to angels. Children have imaginary playmates, so is it so much of a stretch to believe that some of these ''imaginary playmates" are not imaginary at all, but spirits sent to watch over and befriend them?

One of our mediums and two other group members entered the child’s bedroom and immediately a feeling that can only be described as a difficulty in breathing was felt by two of them. Cold spots could also be felt in the bedroom so the group decided to use their K2 meters in the hope that this spirit might want to communicate with them and indeed the K2 did light up when questions had been asked of the spirit.

One of the mediums picked up on an elderly lady who he thought was in her late seventies when she had passed away, it was also felt that the lady died from either lung or breast cancer in the 1950’s, a name was given for this lady.

One of the group appeared to have been scratched on the side of the neck after leaving the child’s bedroom although he couldn’t feel anything himself it was spotted by another group member and a photo of the marks on his neck was taken.

Both mediums had picked up on spirits in this home, and names had been given to the occupiers.

 It was decided to rid the premises of all paranormal activity and so one of the mediums cleared the home by sending the grounded spirits over to the light and to loved ones who would be waiting to welcome them on the other side.

 The Conclusion

Our night vision cameras are only used when we conduct an all night investigation, we never use them when clearing a home of unwanted spirits.

The Ouija Board will only be used if the owner agrees.

A house blessing was performed in the living room before the group left the house.

Hopefully now the family will be able to get on with their lives and not live in fear of any unwelcome guests.

Unfortunately when some group members had been asking for the spirit/spirits in the bedroom to make themselves known by tapping or banging, the only tapping that was heard was from the back door of the house, the occupiers had invited an audience to come along and watch, which was unbelievable and totally unacceptable to us, it can cause us so many problems and at one stage while two group members had been carrying out a silent vigil in the child’s bedroom in the dark, the door suddenly opened and three of these female visitors where standing by the door and seeing us sitting quietly in the dark, screamed.

We decided that it was now becoming a circus and it was time for us to leave and so we made a hasty retreat.

I must say to anyone that wants us to come to their home to help clear them of spirit activity, we do not appreciate or tolerate this type of behavior whatsoever because we take our investigating very seriously, and it is certainly not entertainment for you and your friends to enjoy, and certainly not at our expense.

 Earthbound spirits

Do not be afraid of earthbound spirits as they are simply the spirit of a person who has died and for some reason has not moved on to the next vibration.

You have probably met some people who are adamant that death is the end and will not be convinced otherwise, so on death they have no expectations of another life, so stay in this grey between worlds area.

 Others can be there because they have unfinished business, or feelings of guilt so wish to apologise to a loved one or partner.  Some spirits can be held back by the love of their partner who has made a shrine in the home, and can’t let go, others are trapped by a band of powerful negative energy created by Geopathic stress, which acts like a solid barrier of energy.

How do you rescue a trapped spirit? 

Please don't ever be afraid of these spirits as you are probably the first human contact they have had since their death, so they are usually very pleased to make contact with you.  Mentally speak to them, say hello and guide them to the Light. Do not tell them they are dead!! Ask the angels and your guides to help the spirit to the light.

If you decide to work with earthbound spirits, it is important that you place a form of protection around you.  There are many methods to choose from, but if you have to act quickly, visualise yourself jumping into a bubble of white light and zipping it up, so you are surrounded by protection of white light while in the bubble. Protection is important as negative entities are often present and waiting their opportunity to attach to an unsuspecting person.

Generally, those spirits encountered during rescues are what are termed as “earthbound” and can best be viewed as those that on dying never got to where they should have gone to at whatever level would have been appropriate for them. Everyone of us will eventually move on to a plane of existence that best suits us, and is defined by our nature, particularly our spiritual nature, so what is in our head is far less important than what is in our heart at the time of our passing.

Earthbound spirits having failed to make the transition to the various spirit dimensions then remain bound to this physical existence, only without their physical body, so they remain invisible and ignored by most people and often unaware of their situation which leads to them either continuing within their own projected reality, in effect their own little world, or if they have awareness of our physical world, they may be free to roam around and make the best of things as they are able

Failing to make the normal transition at death can happen for a number of reasons including confusion, fear, traumatic death, emotional attachment, rigidly held religious beliefs, guilt, unfinished business etc, but it should not be assumed that this will happen to everyone, only that it will happen to a minority. Upon dying, a spiritual being may not be aware of those in spirit entrusted with their safe passage but will continue as before, their emotions and attitudes unchanged to the extent that some will not even be aware that they have in fact died. These Spirits lack the awareness to question their situation and understand it, as in their mind they still have a body, which can then reinforce their misunderstanding and confusion.

Regular earthbound spirits that we come across during a rescue are never forced to move on as it must be their decision to do so, but if they prove reluctant and it’s inappropriate that they be allowed to remain, they should be passed onto their own spiritual guides, teachers and friends for a period of re-education and assistance, someone to accompany them and help them to better understand their situation.

However it isn’t possible to rescue all earthbound spirit you come across, some will need help yet be unreachable due to related karmic debt, some negative spirits will be open to persuasion and can then be rescued, while others will have no part of it and being currently irredeemable in their attitude, should be either passed onto guides for hopeful re-education with a view to eventual rescue, or moved on there and then to somewhere appropriate to their nature. Those requiring help typically fall into two categories of varying degrees, both of which cover spirit of good disposition and the less pleasant variety

When encountering and earthbound spirit, you will notice that some will be quite aware of their situation and be as intelligent and articulate as they were in life with the ability to rationalize, whilst others will be more aware that in this state they are free to go wherever and do whatever they choose, seemingly without repercussions and thus may avoid being sent into the Other Realms.

Some will display less consciousness and awareness, appearing to be in something of a dream state, which means that they will accept just about anything without question or criticism. These beings may well be existing within their own projected reality, lost within their own world where nothing really changes, and where they have unwittingly created a projected replica of their former physical world via their own expectations or desires.

So this is where we find for example spiritual children in the rubble of their bombed house and soldiers still on the battlefield going back to WWI or WWII, though they may be less obvious than those that are more aware, and will often present as gray, dull and fairly lifeless, as are the projected surroundings they frequently exist within, so although you may be aware of one of these kinds spirits, consider what things might be like from their point of view, depending upon their state of awareness, and you may find that they aren’t seeing anything like what you are seeing.
